For a mid/lower end hotel in the DC area, the facility was acceptable. The hotel was conveniently located within a short distance from the Reagan National airport. The hotel staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The lobby area was clean & comfortable. Price was very good.
The problem areas were twofold: 1)Sheets on the bed appeared old & somewhat discolored. 2)Hotel had no hot water for a shower at approx 9am in the morning. (I spoke to the hotel staff upon checkout about the hot water issue & they were aware of the issue. A repair man was dispatched to the hotel for repairs to the hot water system.)
I would recommend the hotel with one caveat: Ensure that the bedding materials are new & fresh.)
Skoosh is a wonderful website & simplified my task of locating a reasonably priced place to stay during my overnight journey to the Washington DC area.

room nicely renovated, comfy bed, pool was NOT attractive though, PARKING NOT FREE!!!!!easy to access taxis and DC attractions though, would recommend to someone seeking good accomodations without paying too much. Wouldn't recommend walking around neighborhood if you aren't used to urban climate! I was fine!
