Yes, good money for the value, clean, too much construction..Could have better coffee in the rooms, not all kitchen equipment working...

Friendly staff, great beds and kitchenette made this a very pleasant place to stay. three and a half blocks to Metro. Bath and body works toiletries an added plus! Cheaper on weekends than during the week.

This hotel, while a bit worn, had all the amenities we needed plus more. The bedroom was very large and easily accommodated a family of four. The kitchen was an unexpected plus, with a nice large refrigerator to store all of our leftovers and various snacks accumulated throughout the stay. If we had thought ahead, we would have bought breakfast and had it in the room, with the provided tea and coffee. The bathroom was a bit dingy and small, but not to worry, quick showers and out to the "dressing room" attached to get ready and do our hair before leaving the room to spend the whole day exploring DC. The staff was very nice and the hotel was well located to everything we wanted to see.

Highly recommended! The staff were courteous, helpful, and professional. Truly excellent value for the money.
I paid $110 for a suite; really a one-bedroom apartment. TVs in the sitting room and bedroom. Microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, coffee/tea, and all dishes needed for an extended stay. The suite was on 3rd floor, very quiet. Bed was sumptuous; shower had great water pressure; everything was very clean. NOT luxury and furniture a tiny bit worn; but tremendous value for $110!
