Our 5 day stay at the Fairmont was great. The service was fantastic and all of the hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile. The standard room was clean and nice but the best features were the hotel ammenities: ski in/ski out resort, great hot tub, free shuttle to and from the village. Overall, a very good value and we would definitely recommend the Fairmont to anyone looking for a very nice hotel with great service and ammenities.

The rooms are rather small for such a prestige hotel.

Great location for skiing and very convenient (free) ski storage system. About 10 mins pleasant walk to main village and restaurants. Hotel let down by very disappointing and therefore overpriced breakfast (about £12.50 min pp). Tried 2 days: the buffet (limited cold choice and cold 'hot' food) and a la carte (greasy, overflavoured). After that relied on deli and didn't eat in the restaurant at night. Large modern hotel, bit impersonal but has all the facilities incl good pools (one for laps), jacuzzis and gym. Good sized room (deluxe Fairmont). Bar (hotel-style with live music, not a pub) always lively in evening.
