This hotel was well located downtown; proximal to major businesses, the underground walkway, and shops. The building was nice and the staff was very friendly. The gym and pool areas was old and uninspiring. We stayed on the Gold level and found the rooms dated, even for a Fairmont.

This is a Fairmont hotel that has seen better days. Rooms need renovation and updating.
Food was good but prices very high. Service was very good however.
