We loved our experience at the Sharaton Hotel in Zagreb, Croatia.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and they even upgraded our room when they realized we were on our honeymoon :)

Location was fantastic, a 10-15 minute walk into the old town and a great buffet breakfast.

We stayed for 3 nights on a surprise trip for my wife's birthday and were very impressed. The hotel is stunning and the room was very luxurious. The staff were helpful and friendly without being intrussive. We used the bar and bistro which were both of a high standard without being expensive (certainly compared to UK prices). We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and a trip to Zagreb, 10/10.

Is a paradox of a hotel and for that reason PLEASE READ on as I want to get the negative out quickly! On arrival it looked impressive. We asked for adjoining rooms so that the family could be together,we did get next but one rooms. The rooms are basic but comfy and clean! The balcony was a lovely touch;the view of the imigrants block and the sound of the railway,were a little off putting,but forgetting that,it was a great stay. For £30 a night with a good breakfast,my family and I really enjoyed it. Yes it's a walk and half to Zagreb but for a short stay or those on a budget, it was all you need. On departure the staff gave my two young children a gift each,which demonstrated the friendliness of this place! Beware though of taxi prices,they should be 80 kuna or less from Zagreb Railway Station.

the hotel was perfect. the location- in the center, the service was wounderful, helpful, nice people, good and very clean rooms, good breakfast. good value for money, recommend to all.

We would recommend the Arcotel to anyone looking for a reasonable value, well appointed, clean and comfortable Hotel.

The need to use the public parking was a disapointment.

It was quite reasonable value-for-money.

Would absolutely recommend to others. The room was excellent, as was the service and breakfast. We needed to stay near the train station and this was perfect--and yet quiet.

The hotel is ok for short staying, very good value for the money. The only negative remark would be that it is very far from center, but with relatively good public transport connections.

The room was a bit dark and could do with painting to lighten it up. Breakfast was ample and staff worked very hard to ensure everything was in place. Reception were very helpful.

The Antunovic is a fine choice in Zagreb, although it's a bit away from downtown. The breakfast buffet is superb, the service is excellent. The rooms are nicely done and comfortable. Since we were traveling as a family of four, we particularly appreciated that they have connecting rooms, something not found very often in European hotels. The price was fair and we had a great time.

The hotel was clean and modern, had free internet, and was a few blocks away from tourist attractions and the city center. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. I definitely recommend this hotel again!

This hotel was exactly as described. Clean and comfortable enough, though obviously not luxurious. Friendly staff - ask them for directions to the great pizza place round the corner. The breakfast was adequate. All in all good value for money.

It was a great option for us as we were passing through Zagreb and needed someone to stop for the night. I would recommend for this purpose, but not for someone on holiday in Zagreb. Its also a bit out of town.

We would highly recommend the Westin Zagreb to others. The service was outstanding. Prior to our stay, via email, the staff helped us arrange sightseeing tours and helped with questions on local transportation. During our stay, staff was very helpful and friendly, advising us on restaurants - even packed a complimentary breakfast for us before we left for the airport. The room was terrific - bed was extremely comfortable, great shower, and great views of the city. The breakfast buffet was outstanding including everything from cereals, juices, meat and cheeses, fresh fruit, chocolate croissants, and a full choice of hot items- eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Location of hotel was good. Trams go everywhere and you can pick up the tram to the city every 5 minutes or so, right across the street from the hotel. Good value for the money. Hotel lobby and restaurants are beautiful. Expectations were exceeded.
